Tournament Application

Must be a Federation Nation of New Jersey member and in good standing with B.A.S.S. Federation Nation in order to enter the tournaments. Payouts: 80% of entry fees, after expenses, will be paid out with the exception of Lunker which will be paid out at 100% for both boater and non boater in their respective divisions. Anyone submitting as a boater must submit proof of insurance with application form, unless an updated copy is already on file.

Having acquainted myself with the Federation Nation of New Jersey 2010 TOURNAMENT TRAIL OFFICIAL RULES, I have completed this application and am enclosing my entry fee payable to Federation Nation of New Jersey. In signing this application, I hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all tournament rules and regulations. I expressly assume all risks associated with the tournament and I hereby release Federation Nation of New Jersey, the host, sponsors and tournament officials from all claims of death, injury and/or property damage incurred by me in connection with my participation in this tournament. If I am using my own boat in the tournament, I certify that I now have or will obtain prior to the tournament, bodily injury/property damage insurance having a limit of at least $300,000.00. At Federation Nation of New Jersey request, I will provide it with satisfactory evidence of that insurance. I further understand and agree that the Tournament Director reserves the right to reject my application for any reason and, upon such rejection, to refund this entrance fee. I am currently a member in good standing with BASS.
